First time trying Golden Phoenix. The delivery came 11 minutes ahead of schedule, the portions were generous and the Orange Chicken was the best I've ever had. Everything tasted fresh. The delivery person was cheerful. I was impressed

Disappointing lunch food. The General Tso's and Sweet & Sour chicken were both dry and chewy, apparently freezer burned. The fried rice was okay. The egg drop soup, chow mein, spring roll and crab ragoon were all good. The rest went in the trash.

The driver lied to the restaurant and told them that our food had been delivered. They told us they needed 20-30 minutes to remake our food and less than 2 minutes later the driver delivered cold food

They are really fast at making your food and it is always delicious. Their chicken could be a little crispier, but all in all, good food especially for the price! Nice people who work there.

That was the worst Hot and Sour soup I have ever eaten! I have ordered this soup in the past and really enjoyed it. However, the soup was terrible tonight. Watered down with little flavor only begins to describe it. Shame on you!

The Honey Walnut Shrimp was gross. I used to love ordering it but now, it has too much breading to where shrimp can't be tasted. There wasn't enough sauce. The walnuts were so heavily coated in sugar, they had no crunch but were sickly sweet.

If you're looking for an East Coast equivalent Chinese food restaurant then this is the place. Great General Taos chicken! Crab Rangoons also on point. Will visit again!

We didn't enjoy our take-out food. I ordered chow mein. It was served on noodles, I should have read the menu closer because it does specify noodles. At other restaurants, chow mein is served over rice with a lot of celery, chopped meat piled on top. This was a very different type of chow mein which I didn't care for.

Service was good, food not so good. I would not recommend this restaurant. If I had to name one dish it would be the cashew chicken - barely passible. In my lifetime there was only 1 restaurant worse and they served me canned Chungking garbage (this was in Montana). For the money I spent (over $50), I am not happy. The dog liked it. I ordered crispy duck and it wasn't. I threw that out.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. I couldn’t of asked for better quality food and the temperature was piping hot. However, the delivery driver wasn’t quite as delightful. Upon signing my cc slip (and I tipped prior to the driver arriving as the app let me do so), he proceeded to smack his pen onto the paper demanding a tip. Once I told him I already did on my card he began stepping into my home saying it to be cash. I just closed the door. It was very disrespectful and uncalled for especially considering he was already tipped a fair amount. I won’t be ord ring delivery anymore. At this point I’ll just go pick up my order.
